Will your mobile explode while charging at night? “No” probably not it is a false fact that if you leave to charge your mobile the whole night it will be exploded. This kind of thing are not true because all the mobiles we use nowadays have li-on(lithium-ion) batteries. These batteries are very efficient and safe to use.
However the batteriee in the old mobile phones in 80’s and 90’s were very dangerous and heavy. That were Nickel-cadmium batteries or NiCD,they were vey heavy,less efficient and very dangerous. If you leave them to charge whole the night they were become very hot and will explode. These batteries were have to charge several times in a day. But thankfully now we have the li-on batteries in our devices.
